Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the sales and usage conditions of the treatment packages (hereinafter referred to as the "Package") for the bodywork (Seitai) services provided by Unlimited Heal Kyoto (hereinafter referred to as the "Clinic").

Article 2 (Service Description)
1.The Package may be used for bodywork services provided by the Clinic for the purpose of health promotion and physical adjustment.
2.The treatments provided are not medical acts and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of specific diseases.

Article 3 (Package Details)
1.The details of the Package are as follows:
・Number of Sessions: 30
・Expiration Date: 12 months from the date of purchase
・Price: 300,000 JPY (tax included)
2.Packages that have passed their expiration date cannot be used for any reason.

Article 4 (Payment Method)
The fee for the Package shall be paid at the time of purchase via [Cash / Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Card Loan].

Article 5 (Prohibition of Transfer and Resale)
The Package is for the exclusive use of the purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, or lent to any third party.

Article 6 (Reservations and Cancellations)
1.Treatments are by appointment only.
2.In the event of a cancellation without notice or a same-day cancellation, one session will be considered as used (deducted from the Package).

Article 7 (Refunds and Mid-term Cancellation)
No refunds or mid-term cancellations are permitted after purchase.

Article 8 (Cooling-off Period)
1.This Package may be subject to a cooling-off period only if it falls under "Specified Continuous Service Provision" as defined by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
2.If the cooling-off period applies, the contract may be cancelled by providing notice in writing or via electronic record within 8 days from the date the contract document was delivered.
3.In principle, the paid amount will be refunded if notice is given within the cooling-off period.
4.However, the cooling-off period does not apply if:
・The service period is one month or less; AND
・The total amount is 50,000 JPY or less.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1.The effectiveness of the treatment varies by individual, and specific improvement effects are not guaranteed.
2.The Clinic assumes no responsibility for changes in physical condition following the treatment.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The Clinic may amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Amended terms shall take effect upon being posted within the Clinic or on the Clinic’s website.

Article 11 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto Summary Court or the Kyoto District Court.
